A HIGH-LEVEL PADDLE INFRASTRUCTURE
The French Touch Academy and the Cap d'Agde International Tennis Center offer a sports program dedicated to paddle tennis, for all levels and all ages.
Lessons, courses, and tournaments are organized throughout the year on the outdoor and indoor courts.
A fitness area is available in the indoor hall.
Integrated into the French Touch Academy team
Integrated into the French Touch Academy, the paddle activity is managed and led by Mario Cordero, a paddle coach for 7 years.
Trained by leading coaches, Mario has solid experience, allowing him to adapt his coaching to all player profiles, from beginners to competitors seeking to improve their performance.

8 supported tournaments per year
2 hours of Padel training per day
1.5 hours of physical training per day
Reconciling studies and paddle tennis in the best conditions
The schedule has been specifically designed to allow students to combine studies and paddle tennis in the best conditions.
In the morning: 4 hours of study per day, including all compulsory classes + 1 hour of compulsory studies in the evening for interns.
Afternoon: 4 hours of Padel/Physics training 5 days a week, reinforced by morning training sessions between 7:30 and 9 am 2 times a week.

INDOOR OR OUTDOOR
Make progress throughout the year thanks to indoor or outdoor paddle courses.
In small groups (4 players/coach), the courses allow you to progress both technically and tactically and to deepen areas of the game, depending on the level of the players.

ADULT COURSES
PADEL Semi-Intensive Week
• Semi-intensive: 2 hours/day
• Morning formula from Monday to Saturday
Intense course over 6 half-days for enthusiasts, initiates, or competitors.
Open to all levels, ages 15 and up.

> Discovering and deepening attacks
> The "Padel smashes"
> The basics of "matches"

Intense 6-day course for enthusiasts, beginners, or competitors. Open to all levels from the age of 15.

> The fundamental tactical principles of paddle tennis
