For more than 20 years we have been selecting and training instructors, coaches, and trainers. An essential resource for our profession, for the evolution and development of our players of all levels, from leisure to the highest level of performance. Finding the right people, the right coaches has never been easy, which is why I am proud and happy to establish this partnership with the League to finally become official trainers ourselves and thus have the chance to find new talents who can benefit from our structures and various activities but also from the extraordinary environment that Cap d'Agde offers us. I would also like to thank Yannick Martinez, director of the International Tennis Center, and Elite Forma Academy for supporting us in this ambitious project.

In partnership with the Occitanie Tennis League and the Cap d'Agde International Tennis Center, the French Touch Academy becomes a DEJEPS Tennis training center (State Diploma for Youth, Popular Education and Sport) on an alternating basis.
Thus, from August 2022, our structure will welcome a promotion of 12 candidates on site. All theoretical training will take place on the Cap d'Agde site. Alternating side in club:
Four candidates will be selected to follow their work-study program (field experience) within the Academy and the Club itself.
Eight candidates will have to sign an alternation contract with surrounding clubs and structures.
In addition to the follow-up of an excellent diploma course, the objective of the Academy is to train candidates on the fundamentals of teaching and coaching but also on the skills and knowledge essential to the realities of private and associative structures.
Thus, at the end of the training, the objective is to offer some graduates job opportunities within the Academy itself or within partner structures, especially abroad.
Our ambition is therefore to prepare young teachers for optimal competitiveness on the tennis market through rich training, based on a diversity of experiences and the acquisition of original content.
