There are no charges for remote communication with the FRENCH TOUCH ACADEMY.

Any reservation confirmed online via credit card is considered binding and subject to payment. The right of withdrawal, which normally applies to distance sales contracts, does not apply to contracts for “the provision of lodging, transportation, food, or recreational services that are to be provided on a specific date or within a specific period” (Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Protection Act).
If you can prove that you already have insurance covering the risks covered by the policy you have purchased, you may cancel this policy or these policies free of charge within 14 days of purchasing the insurance, provided that no insurance benefits have yet been claimed.
In the event of disputes regarding the validity, interpretation, performance, non-performance, amendment, or termination of the contract, the consumer must direct any complaints to the seller of the trip in question. If a solution satisfactory to both the consumer and the seller cannot be reached, the party most directly affected shall refer the dispute to the Médiateur du Tourisme et des Voyages (Ombudsman for Tourism and Travel). For the consumer’s information, the seller notes that recourse to the Médiateur du Tourisme et des Voyages is free of charge for the consumer, even if the consumer initiates the proceedings.
