About the Tennis Center
Building on the success of its world-renowned Academy in the South of France, Mouratoglou has expanded its coaching methodology beyond borders since 2020. Through its existing 16 centers in Greece, Malaysia, Italy, China, the UAE, the United States, and Indonesia, players of all ages and levels can enjoy the unique Mouratoglou experience worldwide.
Job description
As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for Tennis Coaches (F/M) to join our ambitious and dynamic international division in Greece.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver the ultimate coaching experience by providing tailor-made training sessions to all audiences, from recreational to high-performance players. • Embody the Mouratoglou coaching philosophy and promote the brand's image to new clients beyond the racket sports sector.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide high-quality instruction (private and clinics) for all levels and ages, recreational through high performance. • Design, schedule, and improve tailor-made sessions for target groups according to their skills and objectives. • Assist and engage in promotional events to grow member interest and expand the Mouratoglou brand image. • Create and sustain a client's brand image. • Create and sustain a client's network to promote the center's activities and events. • Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys and encourage customers to complete them. • Contribute to the Mouratoglou brand image by: • Transmitting the Mouratoglou coaching methodology. • Implementing the sports policy defined by the company. • Being proactive and creative. • Respecting scheduled hours. • Maintaining a flawless attitude and behavior in all circumstances. • Ensure the proper maintenance and readiness of courts and facilities before each session. • Perform other duties as required.
Profile
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional languages are highly valued. • A business or management degree is valued (Bachelor's, Master's, etc.). • Proof of professional tennis certification is required (ITF, USTA, PTR, USPTA, FFT). • Good tennis level (9+ UTR, ITF).
