The U.S. adventure is first and foremost an extraordinary life experience, lived on a university campus in total immersion, for 4 (Bachelor's) or 5 years (Master's). It is also the integration of a university tennis team in which the training level can in some cases be close to the professionals’, and the possibility of financing part or all of the studies' tuition fees through tennis. Since 1998, more than 1,000 athletes, all sports combined, have been placed by our specialists who have built a network of more than 800 universities in all American sports divisions: NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA.
The university year at La French allows students to leverage training through intensive tournaments that are aimed at candidates who want to improve their tennis as well as level up their English language, to be the most competitive in today’s professional environment.
With nearly 25 tournaments played between the months of September and June coupled with preparations for university entrance exams (TOEFL / SAT), this program allows to provide players with all the chances and opportunities needed to succeed in his/her very entrance to an American university
- 32 hours of training per week
- A minimum of 20 tournaments played per year
- Customised sports programming and medical follow-up
- University curriculum BTS or equivalent 1st year university study online
- Physical supervision by our tutors

We negotiate the scholarship process for you, directly with the university's admission team. The American university system enables athletes to obtain a scholarship to represent the sports team. The number of available scholarships varies depending on the sport and divisions.
In tennis, the number of scholarships offered per team in Division 1 is 5 for men and 8 for girls. The percentage amount awarded also varies according to the level of the player and the university.
