Intensive course + fitness with accommodation tennis / padel

HIGHLIGHTS

-Young people move into the boarding house on Sundays from 2pm to 5pm.

-The weekly information meeting takes place on Monday at 8.15am.

-The graduation ceremony takes place on Saturday at 11am.

-Departure is on Saturday from 12pm after the ceremony.

TRAINING

Training takes place on clay and/or hard court.

The academy has indoor pitches for bad weather.

There are 4 players per court and per coach. Coaches are state-qualified high-level trainers.

It is possible to add individual training to this course.

A physiotherapist can be consulted in the event of injury or persistent pain.

At the end of the week of training, you will be given a complete report, written by our coaches. You will find there the objectives acquired and not acquired as well as the axes of improvement.

MEDICAL : KINE

In the event of immediate injury, treatment may be provided by our team of physiotherapists. However, if treatment is required, it will be at the player's expense (€40 per session).

PROSHOP on site for stringing

Within the infrastructure, a pro shop offers a stringing service as well as the sale of tennis products (textiles, shoes, tennis equipment).

Stringing takes a minimum of one day. Racket price: €10.

POCKET MONEY

Young people are advised to take €100 of pocket money to be able to buy souvenirs, food supplements or take part in extra activities at weekends...

Any valuable personal belongings may be kept by the boarding school manager, and a safe will be provided in each room for secure storage. In this way, the academy assumes no responsibility for the player's personal belongings.

RESTAURATION

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are balanced meals served and enjoyed at the academy. They can accommodate all types of allergies and special diets.  

Every afternoon, in addition to meals, a snack is provided for all trainees.

SAFETY

All youngsters are supervised by a qualified team. As safety is a priority for the academy, no player is allowed to leave the premises without family permission.

Supervisors are always present at the boarding school. Two supervisors sleep in the boarding house and are available at all times in case of problems.

ANIMATIONS

Entertainment is provided every evening by the qualified French Touch team. Playful group games are organized to strengthen social ties and encourage each player's personal development.

HOME

Families are welcomed on Sunday from 2pm to 5pm. This welcome is completed by a tour of the academy and the installation of players at 2:30, 3:30 and 4:30 pm. Afterwards, players are invited to join in the activities proposed by the activity leaders.

At 5.30 p.m., all the players set off for the harbour for an ice cream/crêpe.

 At 7:30 p.m., a welcome dinner is held at the academy, followed by a first activity.  

ACCOMMODATION

Players stay in a brand-new boarding school fitted out with the best amenities to make them feel right at home!

Each room has a fully-equipped bathroom (toilet, shower, towel warmer, etc.), beds with a personal wardrobe for each player, desks and air conditioning. Bath mats, sheets and comforters are available on site.

The boarding school is equipped with free wifi for all.

Each room is made up of players of similar ages.

ATTENTION: shower towels are not provided.

SCHEDULE

The training week runs from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., except Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
