The French Touch Academy, a high-level tennis academy located in Cap d'Agde, has established itself as a major player in tennis training in Europe. The position of seasonal BAFA activity leader combines activities coordination, logistics, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome & Life at the Boarding School
- Managing interns and their families, from their arrival until their departure.
- Help the young people get acquainted with the facilities (rules, rooms, meals).
- Ensure that the facilities are kept clean and that the rules and regulations are followed.
- Promote cohesion and a positive atmosphere at the boarding school.
Supervision & Guidance
- Work shifts according to a set schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, nights).
- Be there for the key moments.
- Manage incidents in coordination with the manager.
Recreation & Social Life
- Organize fun activities and outings outside the academy (games, parties, go-karting, etc.).
- Promote the integration and well-being of young people.
- Maintain a supportive and dynamic atmosphere.
Logistics & Travel
- Provide shuttle service (between train stations and designated locations).
- Help with sports and event logistics.
- Dealing with the unexpected.
Desired Qualifications
Training
- Validated BAFA certification is required.
- A Class B driver's license is strongly recommended.
Qualities & Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with young people and families.
- Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and independence.
- Team spirit, ability to work collaboratively with management.
- Calmness and the ability to respond to the unexpected.
- Dynamism and creativity in animation.
- Interest in sports; tennis is a plus.
